Good staff.
My care was excellent. A thorough investigation was carried a lot to check for any serious underlying cause for my symptoms. (Era though they felt very unpleasant indeed).
All staff trysted me with courtesy and kindness. Their is an outstanding hospital, the nurses of all different nationalities! and together as a real tea will a cheerful and caring manner.

Waited just short of 1 year for a follow up appointment and had 2 letters for 2 doctors at the same dept arrive together. I wrote to them both to sort out but received a rude letter telling me I did not attend. I did attend one of the appointments .
This appointment was very short and the Doctor did not address my issue but spoke about what he wanted to address. Very disappointed and now do not know where to turn to get help.

I had a bad experience of my appointment. My appointment was rescheduled once already. I took the day off work and drove to the hospital as the reschedule time 11th Sept 2019 (14.25pm) and was told that my appointment was cancelled. I didn't receive any cancellation letter, and still haven’t receive the cancellation letter when I’m writing this complaint. I had also paid the parking for an unaware cancelled appointment as well as wasted my time. Also there was no rescheduled appointment at that time. I am very disappointed of the communication; a simple call could avoid all these situation.
